Objectives:

  1. Identify the 2 week goal range for milk volume in exclusively pumping women
  2. Identify 2 risk factors for low milk supply in exclusively pumping women
  3. Identify 3 interventions for increasing milk supply in exclusively pumping women
  4. Identify 2 interventions for women experiencing pain with pumping
  5. List 2 resources for exclusively pumping women
Human Milk Storage
Objectives:
  1. Identify 3 ways that studies measure milk quality and safety. 
  2. Describe 3 changes in human milk components after it is expressed. 
  3. Describe 2 changes in milk quality which occur with warming expressed milk. 
  4. Identify 3 key areas in human milk research that need to be furthered explored.
